Based in Europe this broad-based company has an opening for a highly experienced Operations Director to head up the core yacht management division. Overall responsibility shall be the complete management and direction for a large team of technical, operations, accounting and crew recruitment departments delivering the highest possible standard to clients at all times.
To be considered for this very important role, you shall need to possess the following criteria:
- Previous Operations management in either the superyacht or commercial sectors (minimum 5 years) including fleet and technical management; ISM/ISPS; regulatory and statutory compliance; refit/shipyard; team building; operations support; crew recruitment.
- Suitable relevant qualifications necessary
- Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication as well as organisational and planning skills
Salary
