A flexible role, the Sunsail Marketing Executive is primarily responsible for all marketing communications to both existing and new customers for all Sunsail products via all offline routes to market and will work closely with the Online Marketing Executive for Sunsail to deliver outstanding marketing communications. You will be the brand ambassador and drive the Yacht Charter, Flotilla, Beach Clubs, Schools, Racing and Corporate brands and products.
MAIN DUTIES

- Produce regular press releases for all brands
- Manage and organise all PR trips in conjunction with Yield and supported by the After Sales team to ensure that the use of trips provides the best possible coverage - this will require overseas travel to support the larger groups
- Look for relevant PR opportunities and liaise closely with all sections of the department to ensure maximum exposure of all Sunsail UK brands
- Build relationships with PR contacts and journalist
- Monitor all on and offline coverage
- Produce regular PR updates and reports and Manage PR contact database with history of all activity
- Own the media sections off all brands websites
- Responsible for producing timely creative for all new and existing customer direct marketing for Sunsail, working closely with the graphic designer and within brand guidelines.
- Writing all content for direct marketing, working closely with Yield, Head of Marketing and Sales to ensure correct communications.
- Manage the fulfilment, production and delivery of all direct marketing.
- Responsible for analysis of all direct marketing campaigns
- To research, recommend, plan and produce a cost effective Acquisition strategy in line with commercial requirements and brand guidelines.
- Measure all activity for input into a future strategy.
- To oversee all sales promotions & sponsorship activity, and critically assess benefits.
- Work closely with the Online Marketing Executive to ensure all creative and acquisition campaigns are the same across all media
- To produce copy and images for all sales promotions/editorial/advertorial
- Find new, creative and innovative ways to attract new customers via advertising
- Responsible for buying media space for Sunsail
- Review advertising opportunities, measuring and critically evaluating existing activity, and make recommendations.
- Responsible for the timely, internal advertisement approval process.
- Work closely with the Online Marketing Executive to ensure all creative and campaigns are the same across all advertising
- Closely monitor competitor acquisition activity.
- Be a main point of contact at shows for Sunsail and maximise networking opportunities accordingly.
- Working closely with the Events Executive you will maximise Sunsail exposure at all shows.
- Maximise new customer acquisition via on-stand marketing initiatives.
- Look for additional opportunities to show our products
- To work with the Head of Marketing to building affiliate partnerships and contra marketing deals
- To work with and support the Head of Marketing in developing and managing the business' marketing plans
- Work with Head of Marketing to create Sunsail's Marketing Strategy and be a brand ambassador for Sunsail
- Assessing and managing any adhoc opportunities that arise to increase business for Sunsail
- Assist with the production of all customer acquisition related marketing material
- Work closely with the global teams to maximise potential for the Sunsail Brand
