Located at Trafalgar Wharf, (former Vosper Thorneycroft dockyard, Portsmouth) on the South Coast, now featuring the UK's largest indoor drystack opened in March 2011.
With the summer season nearly upon us, JBT Marine requires an enthusiastic, self disciplined, organized and committed individual to join our busy team for the above post.
As a Yard Person you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of boats to customers, launching and recovering from our main slipway, assisting with sea trials/event days, maintaining the cleanliness and seaworthiness of new and used RIBs whilst also maintaining good relationships with customers.
This role is extremely busy therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible and competent in towing boats on trailers. The ability to drive rib/sports boats would be a distinct advantage, although not essential. You will be self motivated and be able to work unsupervised but enjoy being part of a small team where everyone mucks in.
In return, you will be joining a company who have built up a European distribution network for Ballistic RIBs and continue to position themselves at the forefront of the RIB market through improving their brand and commitment to their customers.
