JOB DESCRIPTION
Ancasta International Boat Sales Ltd, one of Europe's leading firms of yacht brokers, is looking for an enthusiastic broker to join their team based in Lymington. Individuals will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to build and develop relationships with clients, and possess good working knowledge of both power craft and yachts. Previous sales or brokerage experience would be preferred. The successful candidate must have a 'can-do' attitude, be computer literate and have the ability to provide the highest level of professional service in the industry.
You will be joining an established, high-achieving and professional Europe-wide brokerage house. We offer a generous package (basic salary plus commission) in an energetic and fast-paced environment in modern offices overlooking the Lymington River.
