JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead & provide high level of strategy support to the new projects/ new business
Provide strategic market direction, ensuring best practice is implemented, leading Oman Sail teams to ensure that the strategy is communicated passionately to the organisation
Provide high-level strategy support to the commercial aspects of the business & advise the management teams on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
Plan, deliver value-added business development and ensuring key objectives in the business plans are achieved.
To develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the company's target audiences, strategic context and commercial activities to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved.
Act as the driving force behind the development and implementation of the business development strategy, working with the leadership teams to deliver
Prepare the Business Development plan and oversee all activities to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives.
Plan and deliver revenue generating and profile raising events that support new business development and renewals.
Help drive execution of strategy throughout the organization.
