JOB DESCRIPTION

To deliver a high standard of instruction and tuition to yachting students both ashore and afloat, ensuring the safe running of the boat at sea in accordance with RYA and MCA regulations, UKSA operating procedures and the law.


The successful candidate will:

Be qualified to a minimum of RYA Yachtmaster Instructor
Have proven experience in a yachting teaching environment
Possess good communication and presentation skills
Have a strong focus on customer service.


General Terms (detailed terms and conditions are issued separately)

Full-time permanent position
40 hours over a 5 day week includes weekends with flexibility for open days
