Our client is one of the world’s leading marine propulsion firms.They are incredibly successful and require an experienced Aftersales Team Leader / Manager to manage and coordinate the Technical Support Team in their European HQ, providing critical support to their Dealer Network.
The role requires the Aftersales Team Leader to provide support over the phone as well as travel throughout Benelux to provide hands on support as well as warranty management support.
- You will be required to provide technical training to the Technical Support team
- You will be proactive and positive dealing with technical problems on a day to day basis and the successful applicant will need to find answers to resolve these problems.
- You will be a self-starting, animated and well-mannered team player as this is a customer centric role, interacting with clients and fellow service staff.
This role would be ideal for a currently in the Marine Propulsion sector as an Aftersales Manager / Team Leader, Senior Technical Support Engineer or Senior Marine Propulsion Engineer / Technician looking to step up in to a management role.
It is crucial that you are fluent in German (Deustch), Dutch (Nederlands), English (English) and it would be beneficial if you can also speak French (Francais).
Due to the nature of this vacancy, you must have a valid EU Passport and driving license.
Salary
€50,000 - €55,000 + BONUS + CAR + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
