Elite Maritime Selection has been born from the success of its sister company Marine Resources, specialists in Leisure marine Recruitment.
EMS are specialists in the maritime and commercial marine sector, based in Swanwick on the River Hamble, sourcing talent worldwide from Engineers to Executives. This is an exciting time to join the company as it grows and develops in the market.
You would be developing a specialist market sector, working to cultivate clients and develop key working relationships with candidates. Attending client meetings and conducting candidate interviews, including representing EMS at trade shows and Networking events.
We are looking for people who have had experience in recruitment and sales based roles who can speak from a point of knowledge and passion on "Marine Engineering, Shipping, Oil & Gas, Renewables , Manufacturing, Ports & Docks. EMS are looking for people who have interest or experience in the area they would be recruiting in and want to take a step forward in their career.
You will need to have in depth knowledge of the maritime and commercial marine industries, be an excellent communicator both verbally and written.
