Job Specification JOB TITLE JOB LOCATION   Field Sales Executive Home Based- Midlands, UK JOB REF SALARY SP/SA/TCH/ADM/OTH/137170 £30,000 - £35,000 pa + Car  + Bonus   JOB DESCRIPTION One of the leading distributors of specialist Marine hardware is currently in need of an experienced Marine Sales Executive with a great track record and an impeccable knowledge of the hardware/electrical systems associated with the Leisure Marine, Commercial Marine and Super Yacht sectors.   The main responsibilities that the successful candidate will be required to fulfil are to drive and develop sales throughout the UK, across the company’s entire product ranges in the Leisure Marine, Commercial Marine and Super Yacht industry. This will largely involve being on the road visiting clients and suppliers. Identify new accounts and opportunities as well as manage and develop current key accounts. Consistently maintain an excellent level of sales target completion across the product ranges in each sector. Set up, manage and attend exhibitions as well as attend relevant seminars with a Business Development approach and in the spirit of self-development. As mentioned the role will entail extensive travel within the successful candidate’s remit of the UK. However, there will be the occasional need to travel to mainland Europe and farther afield to liaise with key clients and suppliers overseas about sales targets and projections.   The successful candidate MUST have 5 years of previous sales experience, ideally within the Marine Industry, with a fantastic track record having met and exceeded sales targets. Proof will be desirable.
