Would you like to work in an uplifting environment for a Charity which believes in the power of the sea to help young people change their lives?
UKSA offer the very best professional maritime training courses alongside youth development programmes to help young people transform their lives for the better.
We're looking for a keen and dependable person with substantial practical experience of regular fleet maintenance requirements and the ability to fault-find and undertake routine checks whilst maintaining accurate refit and repair records. You need sailing experience with a good technical understanding of boat maintenance; water system and diesel engine operation, 12v electrics, component systems and parts and a good understanding of commercial yacht safety and coding regulations including MGN 280(M) regulations.
These roles are Isle of Wight based, and due to the location and needs of the job, we are looking for post holders who intend to live and work on the Island. If you are a mainland resident with all the right skills, we'd be happy to discuss how we can help you with relocation
