JOB DESCRIPTION

Marina Developments Ltd is Europe's leading marina management group, established in the 1070's we now own and operate 21 major marinas and boatyards.

Due to retirement, the position of Night Dockmaster has become available at Mercury Yacht Harbour. This is a full time position working an average of 42 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays. The successful candidate would be working 12 hour shifts on a four on four off rotation. Additional hours will be required to cover holidays and sickness.

The prime tasks and responsibilities are:

• Overseeing berthing allocations
• Maintaining site security
• Assisting in actively marketing and promoting the marina and site services
• Maintaining site systems
• Providing excellent customer care
