JOB DESCRIPTION
Required qualifications and experience:
An RYA Yachtmaster Ocean (commercially endorsed) or IYT Master of Yachts Ocean
Proficiency for Persons in Charge of Medical Care On Board Ship qualification
ENG1 medical certificate
GMDSS GOC/LRC certificate
Have excellent interpersonal, team and leadership skills
The highest levels of safety and seamanship
Desired qualifications:
Yachtmaster or Cruising Instructor certificate or experience
Diesel engine maintenance experience or qualification
Marine radar systems
Have experience, endless energy, drive, determination and commitment

SALARY
18 month contract
£35,000 p.a. tax free*
£3,000 post race bonus**
*depending on personal circumstances
**not related to race finish position
