Territory Sales Manager

Profile
Proven Sales Manager seeking to develop their career within a professional organization. The role incorporates significant travel and will suit a motivated, highly organized and target focused individual.

Purpose of Position
Manage all our client’s business and its growth with OEMs, Super Yacht builders and Distributors in the allocated territories of:
  • Far East
  • Canada
  • Australasia
  • Slovenia & Croatia
  • Middle East
Under developed from a sales perspective, the allocated territories present a real growth opportunity for our client. As such, new business development will form a key objective within new and emerging markets, whilst developing OEM and increased Distributor business within existing markets. Other territories may be allocated as appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Account Management (OEMs & Super Yacht)
  • Work with Sales Director and International Distributor Manager to develop a sales strategy for each account.
  • Assess all business opportunities and promote the solutions to maximise sales growth.
  • Take sales ownership of all allocated accounts and projects, coordinating all aspects of the selling process.
  • Conduct regular visits and maintain a high level of contact with all key accounts and projects.
  • Present quarterly forecast updates for each account and project, including sales forecast, opportunities and risks/challenges.
  • Work closely with your account and project support team, maximize service level.
  • Maintain a database of all new boat projects.
2. Distributor
  • Manage an allocated Distribution network in line with company policy, ensuring full sector coverage.
  • Conduct regular visits, carrying out sales training.
  • Continually assess the performance of allocated Distributors and undertake thorough strategic reviews
  • Develop the best relevant route-to-market in new territories.
  • Working with the Marketing Manager, maximize Distributor marketing engagement.
