A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Broker/Brokerage Manager to join a well established brand in the Solent area. As main dealers for a number of International brands, this employer has long been one of the go-to brokerages in the South thanks to their exceptional selection of new and used craft, as well as their skilled and approachable staff.
This opportunity requires an outgoing individual with a keen desire to succeed, someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can successfully manage a small team and act as a leader to their colleagues.
The role of the Brokerage Manager will be to oversee the in-house sales team, promoting both your own site and others within the wider company, ensuring that you are offering your customer base the utmost in terms of service at all times. You will be responsible for the continued lead development through internet enquiries, boat shows and online/social media advertising.
Aside from the sales aspect of the role you will also be expected to ensure the day to day management of the office, including budgeting, staffing, stock presentation and the movement of craft around your designated hardstanding and/or marina berths. Being able to administer the sales process to a high standard is key, as is the technical knowledge and ability to demonstrate your stock to potential customers.

Salary:
£25,000 basic salary with on-target earnings of £45,000 plus company benefits
