UKSA are looking for a committed, outgoing, talented and self-motivated Professional Career Training Couse Advisor, with a dynamic, vibrant personality and a strong desire to learn new skills. The role will promote and sell all UKSA training programmes to prospective students.
This role is ideal for an outgoing and engaging person who has the ability to captivate the customer and ideally has previous proven experience in a similar position and an understanding of the various RYA courses and qualifications along with some experience of water-sports and yachting, however this is not essential as full training will be given for the right candidate.
Key selection criteria: The Career Course Advisor must be results driven with a high level of motivation to reach sales targets. You will need to be computer literate with first-class communication skills including a strong command of English. You must be a good team player with an interest in people and a desire to deliver the very best.
General Terms
• Permanent full-time position: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
• 1 full Saturday per month at Open Day + attendance at occasional ‘events’ to promote UKSA
• 25 days holiday per annum + bank/public holidays
• Base salary + competitive sales commission scheme and contributory pension
