Our client is a leading UK marine brand name that is looking for a focused individual to promote and develop their existing strategy. The role will suit a hard working and career minded individual who wants to combine their passion of sailing with their professional ambitions.
Customer relationships are critical to the success of the company and therefore any candidate will need to have a good all round knowledge of the marine industry and customer base.
A proven track record in sales and account management is essential, with good IT and organisational skills being highly beneficial due to a large number of customers.
The business focus for 2016 is to develop the high performance side of the market, and therefore a strong knowledge/experience of sailing is essential.
The ideal candidate will be based in the heart of the action on the south coast. The role may be based from home depending on the location of the successful individual. Regular travel will form part of the role therefore the successful candidate will be able to accommodate this into their personal lives.
