With the refit season fast approaching, Marine Resources have been contacted by a number of our clients with regards to Project Managers for both Permanent and Temporary assignments.
Opportunities have been presented with a number of employers across the UK, France, The Netherlands and Germany for experienced individuals either seeking a new assignment, or for those progressing through from a Team Lead role.
As a Project Manager you will have learnt your trade through progression through the ranks, starting as a Laminator, Engineer, Carpenter or alike and trained through Supervisory or Team Lead to a point where you are able to handle either a focussed project related to your skillset, or a full boat project.
Your experience will ideally be on both new build and refit projects of 20m and above, working with external contractors and owners teams.
Of further interest would be a relevant qualification such as Marine/Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or a Project Management specific qualification
You must be prepared to work with international teams to a very high standard, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the correct standards.

Salary:
Salaries will be very much dependant on employer, location and term, but will likely be in the region of £40-50,000 per annum
