A long-established Marine Industry Specialist based on the South Coast has identified the need to recruit an experienced HSE Manager for their busy and growing business.
With a brand that covers projects both in the UK and as far afield as the Australasia region, it has been indentified that the brand require a dedicated HSE Manager to impliment a wide range of processes across the brand. Reporting to he CEO of the business, your role will be instrumental to the continued development of this sector of the business.
Within the role of HSE Manager, your duties will include, but not be restricted to:
– The promotion of safe working practises across the business
– Adherence and development of H&S processes in line with national/international standard requirements
– Risk assessments – for both on and off-site project works
– Working to cover/submit all internal audit processes including Hazardous substance requirements.
– Ensuring all Emergency procedures are correctly documented
– Implimentation of KPIs across the business to ensure the H&S goals are met at all times.
As an applicant for this position you will need to be an etablished HSE Manager, well versed in current and historical processess and legislation. An analytical individual. you will be expected to provide a detailed service and process to the business, ensuring the utmost in safety standards at all times.
You must possess the following qualifications and skills in order to be conisdered:
– NEBOSH 4.2 or above
– Managerial experience
– Marine Industry experience – Newbuild, refit, construction
– OHAS 18001 experience
– Environmental Process experience.
