An International Mannequin manufacturer based in London requires an Experienced Operations Manager to join them in manufacturing a range of high end products destined for the fashion industry.
Building a range of units plus assosciated components from Fibreglass, the brand supplies to a wide range of companies in the UK and abroad. Employing a team of 60 at two locations, the Operations Manager will work with the Lead team in order ensure smooth production flow, budgeting, costing and quality goals are met.
The position would suit an individual from the marine industry due the fact that you will be working with either FRP or GRP on a regular basis. With an 80/20 weighting towards shop floor presence, you will need to have gained 5+ years working in a composites manufacturing facility, covering a full range of operational responsibilities. A strong character and a can-do attitude are key for success in the role!
