Rustler Yachts is a privately owned company producing exceptionally high quality bespoke sailing yachts in Falmouth, Cornwall. Falmouth Yacht Services is the refit and maintenance side of Rustler Yachts Ltd.
In addition to our new builds in the factory we run a busy boatyard with over 200 vessels being hauled, launched and stored during the winter months.
We are looking for a refit and maintenance manager to run a small team in the yard and in our refit bays in the factory. The individual must have a wide knowledge of boat building and maintenance, be very customer focused and have the ability to run multiple jobs in an organised manner. This is not solely an office based job and you should also be able to assist in the work being carried out by the team where necessary.
