An exciting brand within the world of luxury marine craft has identified a requirement for a Naval Architect to join their in-house Design and Naval Architecture team.
Reporting to the Department head, you'll be joining a business that is enjoying a very busy period, including growing sales of their existing range as well as the design and development of new models.
The bulk of your work will be to produce detailed engineering plans and calculations for the production team. This could include tooling, interiors, engineering/mechanical and laminate work. You'll be working across the entire vessel to oversee a range of different projects, either as updates or in terms of total new design.
Coming from a background in either Superyacht, Semi-custom or a Production Boatbuilding, you'll be well versed with GRP Boatbuilding, classification guidelines and overall boat design. You'll be a quick thinker, able to multitask across a range of disciplines and keen to continue to grow your career with an exciting brand.
