An exciting opportunity has arisen within our After Sales department with the primary responsibility of providing technical advice to our dealers and customers on our range of Motorcycles, Marine and Power Products. The role also includes providing the factories in Japan & Europe with market feedback, as well as offering advice & support to other functions within the After Sales department, such as warranty and customer service.
Description:
We anticipate that the successful applicant will have a sound technical background with experience working as a Technician, Technical Advisor or other similar position within a service environment. Being an office based position, it is expected that you will be within a reasonable commuting distance of Yamaha UK's HQ near Woking, you will have good communication skills and the basic computer literacy that are required for this position. Occasional travel including attendance at national shows and other promotional events will be expected. A full car and motorcycle driving licence is essential.
