Job Description – Recruitment Consultant (Design)
Following a year that has seen our company climb from strength to strength and continue to cement our position of market leaders within the leisure marine sector, Marine Resources are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team of Marine experts to cover the field of Design and Naval Architecture.
Working within the already established Boatbuilding team, you will join an existing group of individuals who are expertly servicing the needs of the boatbuilding market, both here in the UK and in Europe. Your aim will be to secure your position within this key series of skillsets, developing business within your marine market in roles such as, but not limited to:
– Superyacht – Concept Design, Interior/Exterior Design, Design Engineering
– Production Yachts – Concept Design, Naval Architecture, Design Engineering
– Commercial Craft – Naval Architecture and Design Engineering
You’ll be given opportunity to develop your desk to its full potential with guidance and mentoring of Senior Management using a multitude of phone, online and face to face opportunities to not only generate income, but to also grow your name and reputation within your market, not just for being a recruiter, but an influencer.

Salary:
We’re realistic with our earning potential, and on target earnings should see the opportunity to earn £38-45,000 per annum
