Are you an experienced Laminator or keen to work within the world of Boats and/or marine laminating/finishing?
We're working with a really exciting client based in the Weymouth/Portland area who are seeking a number of Laminators and Finishers for their manufacturing site on a permanent basis.
Working on luxury products sometimes valued well into the millions of pounds, the need is for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a drive to work to high standards and to work hard as part of a team to complete each project within a given timescale.
Ideally our client seeks individuals with experience in Wet-Lay laminating in either GRP or Carbon Fibre. Marine Experience preferred but not essential.
However they will also look at individuals without any prior experience who can demonstrate a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, offering extensive training in a skilled industry.
Should you be invited for interview, you will need to go undergo a short basic trade test and interview at the Portland site, with feedback usually within 24-48 hours.
Salaries are paid by means of hourly rate, paid weekly , with rates ranging from £8.17/hr (for a hard worker with no prior experience) through to £11.89/hr for an experienced individual.
