ACCOUNT MANAGER - £21k + COMMISSION - FAREHAM, UK

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Accountabilities:
  • To proactively contact by phone an agreed list of European based customers to connect with them and ensure they feel valued by us and are receiving the service from us they would like
  • To create and take any opportunities to upsell to customers the agreed products, including communicating any sales or marketing initiatives
  • To keep customers informed of the performance of the products from us, specifically traffic and leads
  • To ensure that the customers are fully equipped to gain maximum use from our products, whether that be training or technical support
  • To liaise with the technical support team to ensure any technical issues are fixed as quickly as possible
  • To ensure that the Technical support team have sufficient information on the impact of current bugs that supports the prioritising of these bugs and the fastest fix time available
  • To ensure all customers are kept informed of fixing times to their bugs
  • To carry out, with the support of the technical support team, any customer training and webinar sessions
  • To respond to any customer service inbound calls and email enquiries
  • Customer retention through proactive outbound calls.
Person Specification
  • Multi Languages preferences being French, Spanish, or German
  • Conscientious and considerate
  • Reliable and organised
  • Solution focussed rather than problem stating
  • Empathic and engaging
  • Strong listening skills, articulate and considered in communication
  • Takes responsibility for the goodwill of the customers and the reputation of DMM with our customers
  • Good at influencing the organisation to support the customer
  • Able to put together both logical and emotive arguments as the situation warrants
SALARY

£21K plus commission structure
