JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is Asia’s leading Yacht Brokerage and Dealership with an excellent reputation in the industry.
With locations throughout Asia, the company is currently expanding into new sectors and has been recruiting for a number of new roles over recent months.
At present, we are looking for experienced Yacht Sales Managers for various opportunities.
Candidates must have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a yacht broker / sales person (preferably with a sailing yacht background)
- Experience of managing a successful Yacht Sales team
- Proven track record in Yacht sales
- Self-motivation, dynamism and flexibility
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Experience of living/working in Asia would be beneficial but not necessary.
These roles are very important within the business and require a candidate who can step into a role managing an already successful sales team.
You must be confident in your own sales abilities and in leading others to achieve targets and goals within the company.
SALARY
