JOB DESCRIPTION
This opportunity will require an outstanding candidate with deep experience of managing an international customer base, and taking responsibility for sales growth, with a target to double sales in 3 years. The role would best suit a candidate with extraordinary personal drive and motivation, in order to deliver on aggressive growth targets.
Account management and increased sales of new products into the existing client base will be essential, together with a proactive approach to growing the client base.
The territory is global, including the USA. Willingness to travel is essential and prior experience of the marine market and knowledge of international languages extremely useful.
The role requires management of all sales for our clients products.
The successful candidate would be responsible for pricing and discount structure, with guidance from the Sales Director. The role is supported by an administration and field sales team.
