The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales and marketing functions at one of Europe’s most prominent Superyacht marinas. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and profitable sales and marketing activities to reflect the on-going marina operations and maximize the potential of the facility.
The role requires candidates to have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Superyacht market.
The Executive must be outgoing in nature with a proactive attitude to business, possess the ability to mix and communicate at all levels and thrive on the challenge of setting new industry standards and benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Implements and manages sales strategies in conjunction with the General Manager of Marina Operations
- Meets or exceeds business revenue targets in terms of marina berth sales and marina associated upland property leases
- Manages and implements property marketing programs under the supervision of the corporate Marketing Manager
- Maintains plans and assists with the execution of master calendar activities including trade shows, special events and boat shows
- Represents and builds relationships for the marina with the local and national media as well as government organizations and industry specific associations
- Maintains local, national and international media and public relations plans, ensures that advertising materials and press packs are accurate and up to date.
- Establishes and maintains consistent corporate image throughout marina, promotional materials and events
Education
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, and Hospitality

SALARY
€60,000-70,000pa dependent on experience
