Each September we take on a small number of Interns who spend just over a year with us working alongside our full time staff. During the Internship you will learn about many sides of professional yachting. On graduating 14-months later our Interns have proved to be highly employable. There is no other comparable programme in the world that provides the diversity of training and "hands on" experience in yachting.

SALARY
This is an unpaid position where the trainee receives £20-£25,000 worth of RYA and MCA Training.
