JOB DESCRIPTION

A successful candidate would be an experienced sales person, who is friendly, polite, courteous, confident, self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, and under their own incentive and doesn't mind the prospect of travel. An active dinghy sailor, with a clean driving licence, knowledge of sage accounts would be desirable.

Role Duties:

Distribution Accounts Coordinator

Increase sales and develop the brand by:

Making regular contact, supporting, and visiting current accounts.
Making contact and visiting potential new clients
Maintain all aspects of stock levels and organise stock within warehouse.
Working with and taking instruction from the Sales Director and General Manager, with regard to sales and marketing strategy.
Hosting out of normal office hours brand events, including working the occasional weekends

Other duties within the LDC Sailing department

Serve and advice customers with part and clothing enquires within the shop and over the phone.
Assist with all aspects of mail order dispatch and enquires.
Maintaining high levels of customer care
Supporting sailing events throughout the year, including out of normal office hours, and the occasional weekend.
Working a rota Saturday, which will include handing over new boats.
