SailLaser are the premier retail centre for LaserPerformance (Europe) Ltd. We are based within the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy home of the 2012 Sailing Olympic Games.

SailLaser is operated by LaserPerformance the producer of market leading sail boats such as the Laser, Pico, Sunfish and Bahia. 

SailLaser is absolutely dedicated to providing the best service to our clients, whether they are on existing client or new to the SailLaser brand.  We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic and fun team in Weymouth.

Key desirable skills and experience

Substantial sales and customer experience either within or outside of the marine industry
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
An understanding of sailing schools and clubs
An understanding of local government funding/grants/lottery funding
Sound organisational skills
Familiar with best practice use of a prospect database
Ambitious, self motivated by sales targets and customer satisfaction
A passion for watersports and an ability to sail for demos and test sails


We offer a competitive salary, the location is Weymouth/Portland, and successful candidate must be prepared to work over weekends and will need to undertake an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
