JOB DESCRIPTION

Gosport based sailing team require junior assistant to help with on board and shore-based maintenance.

The role will involve a combination of sailing and shore based work and the successful applicant will have experience of crewing on offshore yachts.

Whilst predominantly Gosport based the role may involve assisting with tours of the Baltic and Mediterranean so an ability to live and work in close proximity with others is essential.

The successful applicant will be hard working, enthusiastic and have excellent levels of personal presentation. As part of the team you will be representing high profile sponsors and will be required to interact comfortably with corporate hospitality guests.

Long hours and hard work will be rewarded with the experience of sailing and racing on some of the most advanced racing yachts afloat and the chance to learn and/or improve technical skills in boat building, rigging, servicing and general boat maintenance
