JOB DESCRIPTION

Selling our services to extremely high-end and discerning clients, attention to detail is key.

You must be proficient at liaising with clients at an executive level. The ideal candidate would be highly literate and articulate, confident and used to hunting new business.

The role itself requires an ability to multi-task - so organisation is essential. To be successful within the role the candidate must be able to provide a tailored service, communicate with the client with a non-confrontational approach to selling, establish trust with the client and build a long-term commercial relationship with them.

It will be your job to manage the client relationship from initial enquiry through to their end experience, then maintaining a positive after-sales relationship.

You will have access to our database of previous clients but must not be afraid of generating new business and thinking creatively about doing so.

You will be expected to meet the following criteria constantly within the role:

Handle clients in a professional manner at all times and in keeping with the Sunseeker Charters values
Be on hand as the first 'port of call' with any client enquiries or should any issues arise and deal with them in a timely manner
Manage the entire sales process
Keep up to date with industry news and developments
Maintain relationships over the telephone, via email and via posted communication
Devise new sales strategies
Liaise with colleagues globally and throughout our business
Represent the business at events



The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Be highly target-driven and self-motivated
Maintain exceptional levels of professionalism at all times
Be passionate about sales and providing the highest level of service
Have proven sales experience in a targeted environment
Possess exceptional time and project management capabilities
Be IT proficient (Outlook, Sage, Office and Web etc)
An ability to listen and absorb information in a timely manner
Have exceptional inter-personal skills with clients and colleagues  at all levels
Be able to network and negotiate with confidence
