Someone who is outgoing and who loves interacting with people.  Someone who has a happy attitude towards work and who is willing to get stuck in, even on the rainy days! Skills we're looking for: Someone who has the ability to drive different types of machinery and the ability to lightly maintain equipment (no formal mechanical qualifications required), we will give you all the training you need.  Some knowledge of boats is required.  Customer service is paramount to us so a can-do attitude and a big smile is a must.  We are also looking for someone who is administratively organised and is comfortable using computers. You'll be a great communicator, who can manage and motivate a team through effective feedback and encouragement.  We are lucky, our working environment is the envy of many but keeping it this way takes a huge amount of effort so a keen eye for detail is a must.  A bit more about you: Our ideal candidate will be well presented and take pride in their surroundings. A genuine passion for delivering first class customer service is a must; as is the ability to deal with people face to face and over the phone.  It will be a regular requirement to cover the manager's role in his absence. This will involve taking full responsibility for the day to day activities whilst also managing other staff members ensuring that all H&S requirements are adhered to. Weekend rotational working is a standard part of the role as we are a 7 day a week operation. This job involves some physical activity, i.e. getting on and off boats, up and down ladders etc. and is mainly based outside, in all weathers.
