Job Description: RYA Dinghy Instructors / Senior Instructors
Essential
- RYA Dinghy Instructor Certificate
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Powerboat Level 2
- Experience in Kayaking and SUP's
Desirable
- Sailing Endorsements (Keelboat, Multihull, Race)
- Windsurf Instructor
- Powerboat Instructor
- Day Skipper (Practical)
- SUP & Kayak experience
Responsibilities of the Dinghy Instructor may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Carry out all lessons in line with the IYT syllabus and Beijing Sailing Centers Standard Operating Procedures.
- Teaching on our esteemed summer activities program.
- Carry out beach duties, including rigging and de-rigging of boats and launch and recovery of all boats maintaining safety of the guests and craft.
- Carry out both Instructing and sufficient safety boat cover.
- Running daily Carry out other duties within your ability as requested by your line manager.
- Races and weekend Regattas.
