My client is a global leader within the shipping industry and is currently expanding internationally. With this development a new position has now become available.
The position is for a Senior Technical Superintendent with a focus on LNG FPSO FLNG and similar vessels. Candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing Dutch.
A suitable candidate would have previously worked as a Technical Superintendent with either LNG, FLNG or FPSO vessels and also had some similar sailing experience on either LNG or LPG vessel.
Education & Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Mechanical, Marine Engineering or similar.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge technically & operationally of Offshore vessels with state-of-the-art LNG vessels.
- MUST BE DUTCH SPEAKING
- Excellent project management skills, ideally gained through ship new building projects.
- Advanced knowledge of the local and regional market of technical subcontractors & suppliers.
- Team work and cooperation.
- Very good organisational & commercial skills.
- Fluency in English, good command of German would be beneficial.
- PC literacy
Salary
65000 to 75000 Euros
