| JOB DESCRIPTION |
An exciting opportunity for a dynamic manager, running Royal Clarence Marina in Portsmouth Harbour, and reporting direct to the Regional Manager at Birdham Pool Marina.
We may not be the biggest marina in Gosport with our 130 berths, but we offer exceptional customer service to our 200 + customers, and we're looking for someone who can really be the public face of the marina.
We're looking for someone who can drive the business forward, improve the profitability, manage a small team of people, and generally have a 'can do' attitude. We need a broad skillset, including exceptional people skills, computer knowledge, a strong personality and a willingness to get stuck into whatever challenge is thrown at them - including general maintenance and upkeep of the marina infrastructure.
The salary will be approx. £25k annually.
