My client is a globally recognised organisation within the shipping industry and has recently had a new opening. The position is for a Senior Technical Superintendent with a focus Offshore Vessels with DP2 systems experience.
- Candidate must be fluent in speaking English and ideally have an understanding of German
- A suitable candidate would have previously worked as a Technical Superintendent with offshore vessels that have DP2 systems.
Education & Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Mechanical, Marine Engineering or similar.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong knowledge technically & operationally of Offshore vessels with the experience of sailing with DP2 systems.
- Excellent project management skills, ideally gained through ship new building projects.
- Advanced knowledge of the local and regional market of technical subcontractors & suppliers.
- Team work and cooperation.
- Very good organisational & commercial skills.
- Fluency in English, good command of German would be beneficial.
- PC literacy
Salary
65,000 to 75,000 Euros
