The business is looking to build on its success through investment in talented people to develop the UK east coast and northern territories. The business focus is orientated around quality, customer service and British manufacturing. The role:
The role will be primarily focused on covering the east and north of England with a focus on retail, service and OEM markets. Predominantly field based there will be regular office based sales meetings to ensure that the support is provided within the team which will be aligned to the successful candidate final location. The role will be responsible for both existing business, from a large customer base, while also focusing on new business development within the geographical area. Knowledge of the industry and people will be beneficial although not essential. A good knowledge of sailing or commercial marine experience will help the successful candidate.
The position will be reporting to the UK sales manager and will form part of a larger team that is focused on increasing market share.
The candidate:
The successful candidate should be career minded and enjoy a challenge. The ability to travel within the UK and being away from home several nights a week will be essential to the role. Degree level education is beneficial although not essential and an attention to detail and a passion for product based sales will aid the successful candidate once within the role.

Salary
£30,000 – 35,000 OTE negotiable based on experience and marketing knowledge. The role will also include a company car, laptop and phone
