Are you a skilled and experienced Production Manager or Co-Ordinator currently embedded in the Italian Superyacht market?
We're working with a very exciting brand that is growing from strength to strength. They've identified an immediate need for someone to fill this crucial shipyard role, with an immediate start available pending relocation.
This important opportunity will focus around an individual to co-ordinate the skilled trades and contractors involved around the shipyard. Focussing on a specific build line within the yard, you will need to expertly run and maintain the variety of suppliers and workers to ensure that standards are met in terms of time and quality, constantly checking workload and producing an end product that will surpass customer expectations.
You wont be afraid to direct and reason with external tradespeople and so as such will need to be a strong character with an ability to both lead and manage. You'll have gained your experience within a GRP Boatbuilder but have a broad range of experience across all areas of boat build and fit out, being keen to progress your career.
In terms of languages, you'll need to be able to speak both fluent Italian and English (other languages also a bonus) and be able to relocate to the shipyard location.

Salary:
Salary will be discussed at interview stage, but the overall package will be market-leading.
