Following internal promotion, one of our major clients is seeking a CAD Manager to head up their internal department, covering new product development.
Leading a team of up to 30 Designers/Technicians, this is a key role within the business. Team CAD are responsible for the forming and submission of production drawings to both internal and external departments to ensure that both new and existing craft can be built to exacting standards. Therefore there will be extensive need for;
– Timeline Management
– KPI Tracking
– Weekly/Monthly Management meetings
– Quality Auditing
– KPI Tracking
– Weekly/Monthly Management meetings
– Quality Auditing
As a character, you'll need to be outgoing and organised, keen to achieve on all targets whilst leading a team of junior CAD specialists and training/developing them internally. You'll be working with a host of project tracking and scheduling softwares to ensure that all requirements are met by the team and that production deadlines are achieved in line with expectations.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled individual with management experience and a strong understanding of 2D/3D design with a brand that are demonstrating excellent performance in a tough international market.
