Due to continued expansion, a Hampshire based marine engineering firm require a skilled Marine Engineer to join their team.
With a recent expansion to a second premises, this brand is responsible for a range of engineering tasks from basic servicing through to engine rebuilds, fabrication and fault-finding on both power and sailing vessels.
You will ideally be a qualfied Engineer to either City&Guilds or equivalent level and have worked within the world of marine engineering in either leisure or small commercial applications. Alongside experience working with engines and onboard systems, knowledge of electronics, and also a grasp of welding/fabrication would also be beneficial but not essential.
This is a great opportunity to join a well established local brand, and to work within a new premises on a busy stretch of Southampton Water
Salary:
£25,000-£29,000 depending on experience
