JOB DESCRIPTION
Solent & Warsash Marine Services Ltd, currently based in Warsash,  Mariners Quay. The company is an experienced Marine business with an ethos for high quality of work and service with a small team of technicians, Management and Sales Staff .

The atmosphere is friendly but direct as it's a high pressure environment trying to satisfy customer demand and retain profitability . 
The sales and service yard is a working yard and so the organisation takes on the image of a boating work place rather than that of a slick office environment.

Reporting to Operations Director

Key Tasks  -

•     Booking of all service & repair works
•     Administration and SOPS relating to the above  ( Job sheets & Costings )
•     Progress chase daily works
•     Liaison & Communication Hub between technicians & Customer
•     Take parts order from phone & online customers
•     Ensure prompt dispatch of said parts
•     1st line telephone contact
•     Update Directors on progress and issues ( Daily )
•     Order parts for internal works
•     Front of House ( Meet & Greet )
•     Sell from Boating Essentials range

 The ideal profile will be a applicant that has a working knowledge of  either a service receptionist in the marine industry or in the supply and ordering of parts for marine engines .

The candidate should be flexible and work well under pressure and be prepared that we do not always work between 9. - 5.30 .

Customer Service Executive;  should want to provide the customer with a high level of professionalism and have a service ethos.

Salary Range -

•     £15,000 -  £19.500 pa plus incentives   ( depending upon experience and value to the company)
•     20 days leave plus Bank Holidays
•     Alternate Saturday work in Season
