JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Sales professional who will cover the South Coast of the UK, Poole to Brighton, achieving the budgeted sales and gross profit for allocated sector accounts within the nominated geographical area.

You will manage and develop key group sales accounts across the country ensuring a high level of service/support is delivered at all times.  Attending various shows, customer open days and training courses in line with the business needs. 

You will be servicing an existing customer base as well as developing new key account relationships.  Ensuring that all allocated customers continue to be satisfied with the service they receive, you will also communicate with and support internal sales colleagues to offer the level of customer service required.

Travel will be a requirement of this role in order to meet with our customers on a face to face basis.  

You will be required to provide regular reporting on on-going activities as well as allocated budgets and key performance indicators.  

Previous experience of operating at a sales management level within the marine industry or similar markets is essential as is experience of successfully managing large retail/corporate accounts.

Knowledge of the Marine Industry and how it operates would be advantageous.
