JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with our clients existing sales and senior management team you will be responsible for developing business through new contacts. Responsibilities and duties will include:-


    Hitting challenging contracted sales targets
    Identifying potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organisations in areas previously untapped
    Building meaningful and lasting client relationships based upon an understanding of their needs for bespoke furniture and interiors and the ability to anticipate and meet those needs
    Help to develop a sales strategy with the sales team across the global network for future growth
    Represent the company at international events
    Work with the Marketing department to develop stimulating sales materials
    Managing the supply chain and pre-order processes of samples to ensure samples are delivered to clients on time
    Monitor sales performance and report regularly at a senior level.

Required Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have business development and/or sales experience with bespoke furniture or luxury products in an international role and understand the world in which our clients operate.

You may be working within a company that deals with clients at this level but in a completely different market.  You don't necessarily need to have worked in interior design/bespoke furniture before but must appreciate style and design and have the right business skills.

You will have excellent communication, presentation and networking skills as this role requires someone with the ability to develop relationships across multiple cultural environments. You will understand and have worked/circulated in the world of our key clients who sit at the very top of the luxury market.

Salary

£30,000 to £40,000pa package
