La'ala Al Kuwait Real Estate is a large Master Developer delivering extensive beachfront living in Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City. We are now offering exciting opportunities for motivated and capable individuals to join our marina team operating over 1200 new berths across two marinas.

The successful individual will be responsible for delivering our first marina into operation, responsible for delivering and maintaining our market differentiation of service and product quality.

The position will be hands on where you will be expected to participate in all duties of the marina.

Candidates should be degree qualified, have complimentary marine related qualifications and be a Chartered Marina Manager.

Planning, communication and manpower skills are essential with financial control, operation protocol setting and implementation experience desired.
