JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales professional who will lead and manage all aspects of the company's internal sales team.  Ensuring a continuous high level of service and support is delivered to all areas of the business on a daily basis. 

You will be responsible for delivering and managing a culture of continuous improvement throughout the department by improving efficiency, knowledge, communication and ownership.

You will liaise with the 3PL Company ensuring all orders are dispatched in a timely manner and a high level of service is upheld.  Internally you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth flow of orders/information throughout the supply chain.

You will be required to provide regular reporting on on-going activities as well as allocated budgets and key performance indicators.  

Previous experience of a similar role within the marine industry is essential as is the proven ability to successfully manage and lead teams.  An understanding of the full sales process from quotation through to invoicing ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times is also essential, whilst retaining a focus on customer requirements.
