JOB DESCRIPTION
Due to expansion and a high demand for their award winning tenders, Compass Tenders, a leading super yacht supplier, now requires a project manager to co-ordinate the building of custom super yacht tenders to the very highest standards.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and execution to completion of specific projects ensuring standards are consistent throughout the builds.
They will need to have:
- Extensive AutoCAD, Rhino & 3D design experience
- Detailed technical knowledge of the design and construction of high quality composite boats
- Proven project, budget and time management experience of complex high value projects
- An outstanding eye for detail, quality and consistency
- Strong team leadership skills
- The ability to manage and motivate staff and delegate effectively
- The ability to communicate confidently and concisely with staff, suppliers, designers, technical consultants and customers alike.
This position is based in Hampshire, UK.
