Senior Project Manager to work along side management to be responsible for delivering current projects on time and budget
The manager's role will include -
- Managing teams of tradesman and liaising with trade charge hands
- Project planning, scheduling and budgeting
- Project control and monitoring of progress, reporting to management
- Selection of staff for individual projects
- Management of project changes
- Assisting with specifications and contracts
