JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for
  The delivery of the foundations charitable programmes across a variety of age groups, working in collaboration with local youth organisations, Sport Development bodies and NGB's
  Human resources and management for the centre.
  Office Management, working to ensure the sales and booking processes are in place, staff training and Database management.
  Responsible for creating centre budgets, implementing system for invoicing of all customers and maintaining supplier accounts.
  Becoming centre principal responsible for the safe delivery of an RYA training centre and development of a race training section on site.
  Responsible for the implementation of a full H&S programme, staff induction programme and ongoing programme of CPD for all staff.
  Work on the long term development of the centre
